Built on Trust. Delivered with Care.
We are a Maharashtra-based turnkey residential construction company with over 6 years of experience helping families build the homes they have always envisioned.
Our Story
Where It All Began
Porus Infra Projects was founded with a simple belief: that building a home should be a clear, coordinated, and rewarding experience — not a stressful one. We saw how many families struggled with fragmented contractors, unclear costs, and poor communication during construction. We set out to change that.
Over the past 6+ years, we have worked closely with homeowners across Maharashtra to plan and execute turnkey residential construction projects. Every project we take on is treated with the same care and commitment we would bring to building our own home.
Our approach is straightforward: listen carefully to what you want, discuss the scope and specifications in detail, plan the work honestly, and then execute it with quality workmanship and consistent communication throughout.

What We Stand For
Our Core Values
Customer-First Approach
Your vision and requirements are at the centre of everything we do. We listen before we plan, and we plan before we build.
Honest Communication
We believe in clear, transparent conversations — about costs, timelines, materials, and any challenges that arise during construction.
Quality Workmanship
We take pride in the quality of our work. From the foundation to the finishing touches, we maintain consistent standards throughout your project.
Coordinated Execution
As your turnkey partner, we coordinate all aspects of construction so you don't have to manage multiple contractors or worry about gaps in the process.
Specification Clarity
We discuss materials, finishes, and scope in detail before work begins — so expectations are aligned and surprises are minimised.
Budget Consciousness
We help you understand costs clearly and plan your project within a realistic, well-defined budget from the very beginning.
Our Experience
6+ Years of Residential Construction
Since our founding, we have been focused exclusively on residential construction in Maharashtra — bungalows and independent homes built to the requirements of the families who will live in them. Our experience spans projects across different scales, budgets, and specifications, giving us the practical knowledge to guide you through every stage of your construction journey.

How We Work
A Partnership, Not Just a Contract
We don't just hand you a quote and start building. We take time to understand your requirements, discuss your options, and make sure you are confident in the plan before construction begins. Throughout the project, we keep you informed and involved — because it is your home, and you deserve to know what is happening at every stage.
